Returns/Cancellation Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

Faulty Goods-

Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

If an item is faulty, or becomes faulty through normal use, please take the following action: 1 – For purchases under 30 days we will exchange the item at no cost to you, including any return postage costs. In this event, please Contact Us to arrange a replacement.2 – For new items purchased over 30 days ago, but less than 12 months, please return the item to the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason, costs incurred for returning the item.3 – For used items purchased over 30 days ago, but less than 3 months, please return the item to the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason, costs incurred for returning the item.4 – Once we have received your faulty item, we will process your return as quickly as possible and deliver your replacement item via an express service.5 – Faulty items may be subject to inspection by the manufacturer.6 – If the item you returned is not considered faulty through inspection, it is the consumer’s responsibility to incur the postage cost to return the items back.7 – All faulty items must be received back to us within the manufacturer’s warranty period and no faulty returns will be accepted outside of the warranty period.8 – For Motocaddy and PowaKaddy products, the manufacturer’s warranty cover is available through the authorised service centres within the UK and Ireland only. Customers outside the UK and Ireland will need to return their product back to the UK for repairs and services.

Cancellations-

In addition to our Returns Policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel it for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014 you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.

Goods must be received by us in the same condition they were when you received them.

Once we have received the unwanted order back, we will issue a refund within 7 working days via the original means of payment.

Please note:

Return shipping costs will only be refunded where we have sent the wrong or faulty goods in error.

We cannot accept returns on custom made orders, unless we have sent a faulty or incorrect item.

For all Returns:

  • When returning to us we recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
